The hotel is located on the ECR highway with excellent road connectivity, offering a pleasant ambiance and good food and beverage options. However, the service lacks hospitality and communication skills, which can be a downside. The rooms, although fitted with Brand New Hitachi, did not deliver the promised sea-view and had a leaking AC with a plastic pipe draining water onto the bathroom floor.

The service is not friendly and lacks hospitality and courtesy. Despite exemplary care for our requirements, communication was poor, and understanding any language properly was a challenge.

The location on the ECR highway offers a huge and nice setting with pleasant ambiance, but being nearly 1 hour plus from the airport on the Pudduchery highway might be inconvenient. The proximity to Mamalla beach resort is a highlight.
